Lawyers Club of San Diego Elects Johanna Schiavoni as Its 42nd President
April 24, 2013Johanna Schiavoni was elected the 2013-2014 President of Lawyers Club of San Diego, the largest specialty bar association in San Diego. Lawyers Club, founded in 1972 with the mission ‘to advance the status of women in the law and society,’ now has more than 1100 members and celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2012. Johanna will serve as the 42nd President of that distinguished organization. Fourteen former presidents have been appointed or elected to state and federal bench in San Diego, another was the first woman elected to the U.S. Congress from San Diego, and another is the currently elected District Attorney.
